Terms and Conditions

These terms of use (‘Terms’) apply to the website at ptfindr.com (the ‘Site’). You can print off these Terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. Please read them carefully. By accessing and using the Site you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not wish to accept these Terms, then please do not use the Site.


The Site is provided by Little Hackney LTD (the ‘us’ or ‘we’), incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number Little Hackney, whose registered office is at 011 Netil House, Westgate St Londonn E8 3RL


We reserve the right to change the way the Site works from time to time and to withdraw any features or content provided on the Site, notice of such change will be provided on the Site.

  • You can browse the Site without having to register as a User. For details on registration as a User please see section 5 and 6 below.
  • If you choose to register you will be able to book a variety of personal training sessions as set out on the Site.
  • Any bookings or services you agree to take through the Site must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. You can pay by PayPal or credit card.
  • You can apply to be registered on the Site; registration for PTs must include valid and up to date insurance details, qualifications and right to work status documents. For details on registration please see section 5 and 6 below.
  • If you are accepted as a PT you will be able to set up a profile on the Site. We may change the layout of profiles from time to time but all the information you need is set out on the Site itself.
  • It is important to keep your calendar synced to the main PTFINDR calendar. Failure to do so may result in your profile being restricted or removed from the Site without notice.
  • Once you have agreed to a booking it cannot be cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to keep a record of your completed sessions that have been organised through the Site. We will hold all money received for completed sessions for a minimum of seven days. After seven days you must submit an invoice to us with a breakdown of your completed sessions in order to receive payment.
  • We deduct a service fee of 6% on all sessions or services arranged through the Site and this is deducted automatically on all sessions or services organised through the Site.
  • Failure to properly account for sessions or services booked through the Site will result in payments being withheld without notice.
  • You must register with the Site in order to use the interactive forum features.
  • When you register, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself that is true, accurate, and up to date. Should any of your registration information change, please update your information as soon as possible.

  • You can cancel your registration at any time by contacting support@ptfindr.com.
  • When you have completed the registration process you will be able to access the full Site and the features described on it.
  • You agree to be contacted by email or SMS in relation to any service you book through the Site.
  • On registration you will be given a username and password. You must keep your password secure and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone.
  • You will be responsible for all activities and orders under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else has your password, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • We reserve the right to change your password if we believe that it is no longer secure.
  • You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content provided on the Site for any illegal purpose.
  • In particular, you may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
  • disseminating any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
  • transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice;
  • interfering with any other person’s use of the Site; or
  • making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
  • If you breach this provision, you will be responsible for any losses and costs resulting from your breach.
  • We may terminate your use of the Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these Terms.
  • If you choose to access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • From time to time you may be allowed to post content on the Site or to exchange information and other content, and otherwise communicate with other users of the Site.
  • In using any interactive sections of the Site, you must not:
  • upload any content to the Site which infringes any intellectual property, privacy rights or other rights of any other person, or any content which may reasonably be regarded as threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or harmful;
  • post or upload any content that contains a virus or other malicious code; or
  • exploit the Site or any part of it for any commercial purpose, including any advertisement for your own or any other person’s products and services.
  • We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor communications on the Site and to remove any content uploaded to the Site, but accept no obligation to do so.
  • You must not disrupt communication through the Site in any way such as by:
  • intentionally causing the forum screen to scroll faster than other users are able to read, or setting up macros with large amounts of text that, when used, can have a disruptive effect on the normal flow of communication;
  • posting commercial solicitations and/or advertisements for goods and services; or
  • sending repeated unsolicited or unwelcome messages to a single member or repeatedly posting similar messages in a forum, including continuous advertisements to sell goods or services;
  • posting any other person’s personal information;
  • using bots or other automated techniques to collect information from a forum; or
  • harassing, threaten, stalk, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to any user or other person.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your registration if you undertake any of the activities prohibited by this clause.
  • You grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-fee, sub-licensable licence to use, copy, publish and adapt any content you upload to the Site, in any format or through any media, whether existing now or in the future.
  • While we try to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, we cannot be held responsible if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access to the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons.
  • Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
  • Although we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the server that makes the Site available is bug and virus free, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect.
  • You are responsible for obtaining Internet access to the Site from where you are in order to use the Site. We cannot be held responsible for your failure to access the Site from any location or browser. Any access fees incurred in reaching the Site (e.g. dial up charges) are your responsibility.
  • Owing to the nature of the Internet and the fact that your access to the Site involves functionality outside our control, we cannot be held responsible for technical problems that you may experience with the Site.
  • While we try to use all reasonable care in providing access to the Site, we cannot be held responsible for any corruption or loss of data held on your computer, or any damage caused to your computer resulting from your use of the Site.
  • All intellectual property rights in any part of the Site are owned by or licensed to us. No intellectual property right in any part of the Site is intended to, and it shall not be deemed to, transfer to any person who accesses the Site.
  • The Site is made available for your personal, non-commercial use, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, all of which are reserved to us and our licensors.
  • We may at our own discretion alter, remove or suspend any part of the Site, notice of any such change will be posted on the Site. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of modifications made to the Site.
  • We will not have any liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or its non-availability for:
  • any business losses (such as loss of profits, business, contracts or goodwill); or
  • any matters due to any events outside our reasonable control; or
  • any unforeseeable losses or damages.
  • We do not seek to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not be excluded by law.
  • We will have no liability arising from any link being placed on the Site to another website which we are not responsible for.
  • Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at support@ptfindr.com. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from to time.

These Terms are governed by English law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
